Additionally, she is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, and remedial massage therapist. Grescha loves making a difference in the lives of those who feel vulnerable in their ageing process. She firmly believes life should be even more enjoyable as you age and has countless stories to prove it.

Beyond her professional life, Grescha is a surfing mum, perpetual home re-decorator, bee lover, baker, traveller, and tea-drinking craft lover. She is passionate about bringing joy and comfort to her residents, ensuring they live their golden years to the fullest. Her diverse interests and skills enable her to connect with residents on multiple levels, creating a warm and inclusive environment.

Jo Dwyer

Co-Founder

Jo has 20 years experience working in aged care and caring for people with dementia and she’s passionate about creating an environment where people feel at home. She knows it has such a positive affect on their health and well-being.

Jo grew up in the New Forest, in rural England, and she completed her registered nurse training at the famous St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London before travelling the world as a nurse. More recently she studied dementia care at the University of Tasmania.

Jo also has a background in nutrition and founded her own catering business in London. She strongly believes in the importance of a balanced, nutritious diet to promote good health and well-being. When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, she can be found hiking in the wilderness, camping under the stars or looking after her much-loved colony of bees.

In a beehive, every bee has a role; some gather nectar, some build, some care for the young, some guard the entrance. There’s no one bee who does everything.

And while the queen bee is vital, she doesn’t give orders — she’s the heart of the hive, not the head. The queen preserves culture.
